Key Benefits:

Vegetable capsules, 1 capsule per serving, 30 servings; custom order

I am trying to find out the identity of the 40 mg type II collagen. The number of ingredients, on the front panel is not relevant. Each capsule also lists 100 mg vitamin C, 25 mcg vitamin D3, 100 mg turmeric, 80 mg sodium hyaluronate and 5 mg black pepper. The focus remains on the type II collagen.

Current One-Capsule Formula

Ingredient Amount per serving
Vitamin C 100 mg
Vitamin D3 25 mcg
Turmeric 100 mg
Sodium hyaluronate 80 mg
Undenatured type II collagen 40 mg
Black pepper 5 mg
Serving 1 vegetable capsule / 30 servings per container

How It Works:

Undenatured Is Not Hydrolyzed

I think Undenatured type II collagen and hydrolyzed collagen peptides are two rawmaterial categories. I also think the 40 mg amount of type II collagen should not be compared directly with a 5 g or 10 g amount of collagen powder because the only difference is not just the dose.

Keep the description of the ingredients from the approved label and the specification. Do not make it shorter like collagen peptides or total collagen or protein. Do not say that one category is always better, than another.

Confirm Source, Specification and Name Rights

The content map does not confirm an animal source, allergen statement or branded raw-material name for the type II collagen. These details have to come from the supplier specification, certificate of analysis and final label review.

Do not use UC-II or another trademark merely as a synonym for undenatured type II collagen. A trademark can appear only when the commercial raw material, supply chain and authorization support its use. Evidence tied to one branded ingredient should not be borrowed for an unverified source.

Six Supporting Components in One Capsule

The one-capsule serving contains several materials with different densities and inclusion levels. Vitamin D3 is declared in micrograms, while vitamin C, turmeric and sodium hyaluronate are present at much larger weights. A controlled premix is needed for low-level nutrients before the full blend is filled.

The declared actives do not equal the finished fill weight because nutrient sources, carriers and excipients also occupy space. Capsule size, fill weight and shell material must be confirmed from the master formula rather than inferred from the ingredient table.

  • Verify the vitamin D3 source and the amount used to deliver 25 mcg.
  • Confirm whether turmeric and black pepper are powders or extracts; do not add standardization values that are absent from the label.
  • Keep sodium hyaluronate at 80 mg and use its exact approved ingredient name.
  • Check the one-capsule serving with the actual bulk density and commercial filling specification.

A Joint-Wellness Position Without Medical Promises

The page can explain a compact joint-wellness capsule built around undenatured type II collagen, with turmeric, sodium hyaluronate and vitamins in supporting roles. This is enough to separate it from glucosamine products, high-dose collagen powders and single-ingredient turmeric capsules.

Do not state or imply arthritis treatment, pain relief, cartilage repair or regrowth, reversal of joint damage, or treatment of osteoporosis. Black pepper must not be used as proof that every other ingredient has greater clinical effect in the finished product.

Custom Project Review

This is a custom product with no ready-stock note. MOQ, samples, lead time and packaging are confirmed after reviewing the type II collagen file, destination market and capsule-fill feasibility. Source changes can alter allergen communication, evidence relevance, cost and naming rights.

For quotation, share the country of sale, expected quantity, capsule shell and bottle request, desired source documentation and proposed claims. HEKONA can then identify which points are formula decisions and which require label or legal review.

Buyer Questions

Is 40 mg type II collagen the same as a gram-level collagen peptide serving?

No. Undenatured type II collagen and hydrolyzed collagen peptides are different ingredient categories. Their amounts should not be compared without considering identity and supporting evidence.

Can this product be called UC-II?

Not unless the supplied ingredient is the authorized branded material and the documentation permits the name. The current content map confirms only undenatured type II collagen.

Are turmeric and black pepper standardized extracts?

No standardization is confirmed in the current label summary. Use the final label and raw-material specifications before adding an extract ratio or marker percentage.
